Illusory Appointment Act 〈英〉《虚假处分法》 英国于1830年制定的法律,规定自其通过之后,依处分权〔power of appointment〕而对动产和不动产等财产在部分权利人间进行的处分是无效的或在衡平法上是可诉的;这种处分的效力是作为非实质性的、虚假的、名义上的财产份额处分或是当作未作处分,将由一个或更多的权利人来决定。但1874年《处分权法》〔Powers of Appointment Act〕已废除原有规则,规定将权利人之一或之几人排除在外的财产处分,在衡平法上仍然为有效。1925年《财产法》〔Law of Property Act〕作了与1874年法律相同的规定。
